Something Different for Cardio

Try using something different for a cardio workout.  Begin by getting a chair or any other raised surface (but nothing higher than a chair).  Place it in front of you and get into a standing position facing the chair.  Now bend your right knee bringing your right leg up and touch your toes to the top of the chair.  Now bring your leg back to standing position.  Repeat this movement on the right side and increase the speed.  Your heart rate will be up in no time.
